"Hatter" a Victorian style dresser and stands about 22 inches (depending on how tall the hat is made.)
The pattern (38 pages) consists of all the elements of his clothing, including hat and cotton reel sash, along with step-by-step photos and instructions, including how to paint his face.
'Hatter' is socially unconventional in an artistic way. His job is to be very entertaining, with his bright and happy appearance – dispelling doom and gloom, as he was designed and made during the Coronavirus Lockdown. He brightens the lookout for the future of a world that is forever changed!
