Whoa Nellie! is designer CINDEE MOYER'S kind of horse…kind of fancy, kind of quiet and has no means of getting from point A to point B without the use of someone else’s legs.

The doll is all cloth with a soft-sculpted, skinned face. Her body doubles as her costume that she embellishes with a horse. She sports light blonde horse hair – of course - and a party hat and party shoes.

Her trusted steed, Nellie, wears a beautiful coat, ‘leather’ blinders, has old watch parts for ‘eyes’ and a lovely multi-colored tail. They both are positioned onto a wood base.
