Street Fair was inspired by the big, baggy pants and the desire to create 'floating' balloon.

The large doll stands about 17" and the small doll about 6” and they are both made from fabric. Patterns for both dolls are included.

Instructions for different options for hair for both the large and small doll are included in the tutorial.

Designed and taught by Cindee Moyer as an online class, this version has been rewritten into one 'e-class' that you can download immediately and work on at your own pace.
