This 15" Steampunk Dragonfly, designed by Nancy Hall, features wire wings covered with painted tissue or old pattern tissue paper and an assortment of fun embellishments. 

This pattern has over 65 pages of step by step instructions and photographs detailing each part of making Cecily. Detailed instructions are given for sewing the body, painting the face, making the wings, cap, clothes, boots and goggles. You can use many of your fabric remnants, and old pattern tissue. She can be embellished with many different types of beads, wire, chains, watch parts, and anything you have on hand!

You may sell dolls made from this pattern if credit is given to the designer. But you may not mass produce the doll.
